We were looking at homes in Paradise on Thursday so I didn't take off until Friday morning. I headed up to Bowman Lake again. On the way in I saw some bikes on the side of the road. One of them had a flat tire. I stopped and let them borrow my compressor to air it back up. It still had a slow leak so I hoped they made it back out.

My favorite spot was taken but my next favorite one was open. A few minutes later Tony and Cheryl were looking for a spot and I said they could share mine. They shared some fresh picked fruit and veggies and adult beverages. Their daughters (Allison and Kim) showed up later on Friday night with their friends (Ari and Amy). On Saturday morning I cooked bacon and eggs. I went out hiking to find the waterfalls. Fantastic! I am probably going to hike over there again in a little bit to see if I can get a closer view.

Amy caught her first fish and Tony cooked it for dinner. It was pretty tasty. I went back hiking to the waterfalls. I met up again with some guys and their girlfriends that were out shooting earlier in the day. Dave was pretty crazy as I wouldn't have been diving in that stuff. Earlier in the day there was some drama about them shooting. What really impressed me was how they picked up all the trash in the area before leaving.

The waterfalls were fantastic. Next time I am going to try to get to the top. I had a great weekend and made some new friends. I hope you enjoy the pictures.
