The breakfast is probably the most important meal of all, it is important to eat a good nutritious mean as breakfast. Breakfast is important for your strength and endurance, this is true especially if are living in rough conditions there, it is a good idea to pack a good amount of food in the cooler to eat it directly, this would save you some time in the morning until you get used to the place. Make sure that you pick up heavy duty foils and frying pans when you go to the camp, this can help you out with cooking a home like meal even in your camp.
Eating at a camp does not always mean eating hot dogs and baked beans, or for that matter going after chips and ham burgers. Nowadays there are a lot of things that can be carried along with us and cooked later. Let us look at some of the things that can be prepared when you are away from our civilization and are camping at a remote location

It is prudent that you chart a menu for every meal of the day that you would be cooking at the camp. It is very easy to plan the whole chart of the meals that have to be prepared before hand so that you can concentrate on the cooking part later. For instance, you can make a chart that reflects the Day one as: breakfast, lunch, refreshments, munchies and dinner and once you have planned this; it is very easy to pick up the ingredients that are to be used in the preparation of the food. It is also important to break the whole menu into different categories of food like diary products, meat, vegetables etc. this would help you in the packing process. You can also use the list as a shopping guide thus avoiding the hassle of spending separate time for this task. The perishable items on the list have to be packed separately and must be frozen before hand; other cooled substance like the drinks and juices must be packed separately in another container. It is also important to pack the water bottles and other things in good bottles, a good thermometer must be kept in the cooler to make sure that the food does not perish.

After you have done the things mentioned above the menu is nothing but executing the dishes in the chart, it is best to have a balanced diet in camp and not to fill your stomach too much.
