A great view of the scenery alongside the river is available on the adjacently running highway which also has lodges and ranches scattered throughout its course. The Hole in the Rock is very near to the center of the Moab. This is a house completely sculpted into the rocky hill and is a big popularity with tourists. The Canyonlands National park borders the Moab and is very unique due to the fact that not many roads that lead into the park and are compensated by the existence of hundreds of trails.

 Some of the things you can do while in the Moab of Utah are river rafting, mountain biking, hiking, mountain climbing, hang gliding, horse riding and driving your SUV for an off road challenge. There are many corporations which offer the equipment needed for these activities and also the planned directions. While a first time visitor can have a good time by himself, it is always advised to do prior research and consult local guides at the Moab.
