Horrible business owner

The worst Rv park we’ve ever been to. The owner is trash. She clearly doesn’t know how to run an Rv park. Doesn’t answer her phone ever. Has rules that she doesn’t tell you about or have in the lease agreement. But will charge you extra for the month. She has a couple of people that live here and don’t contribute to the bills but are allowed to do more than the actual paying residents. So beaware if you see people washing vehicles, watering grass or washing your camper. Because only those certain non contributors are allowed to. Hope you can stand the sound of dogs barking all day long and dog shit. The “workers” she has living here have 3 or 4 dogs that they put on chains outside and bark all day long. Forget calling the owner about it. She never responds or does anything about it. They throw their dog shit in the bushes behind their camper so everyone has to smell it. Some days are worse than others. Grass doesn’t ever get cut. Invest in a mower or weed eater before you come. I have had to cut my own grass the entire time we stayed at this hell hole. (5 months) She also went around and told people to pick up their spot around their camper. ( not mine) But has trashy people with shit all over the place next to us. Oh and that $25 deposit. Kiss it goodbye. You don’t get it back period. In fact she’ll just ignore your text message and avoid you until you leave. Also if you plan on leaving during the day to work or whatever else, if she finds out that nobody has been there during the day she will leave a note on your door about your ac being on while not home. If you can (this was our only option due to pipeliners filling all the other parks) avoid this place at all cost. Also keep your receipt for your rent if you don’t pay by check. She is a fraud and tried to tell friends of ours they hadn’t paid their rent. But luckily they wrote her a check. There is so much more petty stuff that happened with this lady. I could go on and on about some of the shit we or our fellow pipeliners had to deal with. But I’ll stop here. 5 months was too long to give this woman our business. But it was a convenient spot for my husband to go to
