About Coachlight Inn Motel & RV

Our motel and pool area are currently undergoing a multi-year major renovation in preparation for our 50th anniversary in 2023. Please pardon our construction and any inconvenience this might cause.

We have completed renovation of the RV park and are currently discounting all RV sites to make up for our motel and pool construction. All 33 RV sites are extra wide pull-thru sites with full 50Amp hookups.

Free Wi-Fi. Daily rate discounts offered, great weekly rates and the lowest cost monthly rates with free electricity in New Mexico. Easiest On/Off access in the entire SW United States on the I-10 corridor.

Super Cheap RV Site in Las Cruces, NM

The motel and pool are currently closed and nothing to look at. But the RV park is nice! New pavement, extra wide sites and access roads, all 33 sites are pull-thru. 50 Amp service full hookup for only $30.00 with discount. This RV Park is the easiest on/off access to I-10 from Los Angeles to Houston. If you have a big class A with vehicle in tow, this place is the perfect place to stop overnight both directions on I-10. The park was very clean, and we saw staff picking up trash immediately after a wind event. We stopped in Anthony TX last year, and down there it is a full blown dust storm. Here at this little park, the wind blows up to 40 mph, due to the tectonic raised plate just a mile west of this location. The heavy wind (+65 MPH) and majority of the dust blows right over and down toward the mountains. Great location! Staff is very friendly! The manager had blue hair, i think her name was Virginia. She was so cool and laid back, compared to the crowd we are used to in LA. She suggested several really great places for food near by. So do not let the looks of the construction on the motel, let you drive by and miss this great little park at the edge of Las Cruces.

$500 A Month RV Site in New Mexico...All Bills Paid!

No deposit, no credit check, just $500 total move in. Includes all utilities, and WiFi. Most other rv parks in the area charge extra for electricity. This place can get hot during the summer, and being able to run all the ac units full blast was great!!! Ended up staying for 3 months to save money over the spring. Not a lot of noise, clean and safe. Police drive thru on scheduled times. I have never left anything outside my RV at night, yet felt safe to do that here. The motel is currently being remodeled, and the pool is closed, but you can not beat the monthly rate.

Easy on/off I-10. Clean, safe and cheap. Want more??? drive around burning $5.50 Gal Disel trying to find the other parks here in Las Cruces. All pull-thru sites and all are extra wide and long enough for 45Ft RV with trailer.

Lowest Cost RV Site in New Mexico

Only $30.00 a night with Rv Club discount. The RV Park has been cleaned up and is in like new condition. New trees have been planted, and the sites on east side have mountain views. Clean, safe and all pull thru sites with full hookups.

Easiest On/Off I-10 RV park in Southwest

If you are driving a really big RV, this is the place to stop on I-10 for your cross country travels. Only on turn off and on. All the traffic is on other side of the road. RV Park is tucked away in back of a ugly looking motel. The motel is closed for remodeling, but the rv park has just been redone. New lights, new security, nice and clean for only $30 a night!

Hidden Little Park off I-10

Right off the freeway at exit 139 in Las Cruces. Only $30 a night if you belong to a travel club. The pool and hotel were closed for major renovation, and it sure looks like a mess. If you can get past that, this is a hidden treasure located behind the motel. The grounds are clean, paved, well lit. My husband and i liked the central Las Cruces location so much, we stayed an extra 3 months last winter. Monthly rates are an insanely low $500 per month with all bills paid! No move in or security deposit required. Free WiFi works ok, and great 5G reception.

Low Cost New Mexico RV Living!

Only $500 total move in. All bills paid, even for 50amp. All sites are pull thru and very wide. All roads in park are packed road base and also very wide. If you have a giant Class A 40+, and driving cross country on I-10, this is the easiest place to pull off and back on. There was no deposit required.
