Absolute Jerk!

Please save yourself a HUGE disappointment. This man, Paul is a liar and incredibly racist. We started our rental on June. Always paid early then out of nowhere he calls us a couple days ago end of the month September and says we need to go because we are trouble, that we left a mess in his laundry room. Excuse me!? We don’t even use his laundry room. We go to a wash house every week and pay to wash our clothing. He literally picked on my family and now has forced us to search desperately for a place to park our camper. Mind you we work all day and only return at 7PM from work. We leave to work at 6:30AM. This man is full of mood swings. He must either be a racist or something. Please save yourself a bad experience. Our family was never expecting this. But he surely has done this to us out of nowhere and now that I’ve read reviews by other tenants, I can’t believe I placed myself and my family in the hands of an insane old man. Also there is a huge ant problem there so not worth it. But he doesn’t mind all the junkies that go and squat there for free. He only picks on working paying families.
