Poor Management, Health and Safety Issues

Chris, new campground manager, has an inability to professionally notify or communicate. His communications has an undertone of reluctance and hostility for being bothered. His avoidance of our issues resulted in us going to the EPA directly to remedy the neighbor from dumping raw sewage on the ground. This same neighbor did the same last year so this was not the first report. The neighbor threatened they would come after my husband, our family, and burn down our camper if we reported this 2nd offense to Chris. The person making the threat was just recently released from prison/jail with his buddy also just released from incarceration. The severity of this treat has not been taken seriously by campground manager Chris thus leaving us uneasy, feeling not safe as well as our property being at risk. This is supposed to be a safe family-oriented campground. We are Sullivan County residents, this neighbor is out of state, we would hope the county commissioners and campground manager would want their residence safe. We are fully prepared to contact the EPA again and Sullivan County Police Dept if needed, since our health and safety at this campground is not being taken seriously.
