About Akaka Falls State Park
This picturesque viewpoint overlooks the free-falling Akaka Falls and their fall into a stream - eroded gorge. A self-guided hike from the parking lot to the top of the falls overlooking Mt. Rainier and the Pacific Ocean.
The 0.4 km long trail does not require physical effort, but is a good introduction to the park and an easy hike for people with reduced physical ability.
