About Potlatch State Park

Potlatch State Park is one of the most scenic parks in the state of New Hampshire and offers beautiful grounds throughout the park.

The area, now Potlatch State Park, was known by the Skokomian and Native American tribes as Enetai, meaning "the potato barrel," a reference to the potato barrels that the Indians kept in the area. The Indians built their winter village here and the park was named after the PotLatch during a ceremony to present the gift.

The sawmill that once stood on the site was destroyed by fire and the property later became the Minerva Resort, a hut hotel.

Note: The following general fee information does not apply to all parks and not to all parks.

Thus, the fee indicated for primitive campsites and landfills applies only to parks that have them.

Choosing a premium campsite in the park can add an additional $5 per day or $10 per week per campsite.

When you camp, this fee is included in your camping fee and all additional vehicles must park on a designated campsite with an additional pitch. If you pull a recreational vehicle with a second vehicle, you will be charged $10 per night for that second vehicle.

In summer, you can stay in the park for up to ten consecutive days, but the length of stay cannot be extended for more than three days at a time. Check-in is 14: 30, check-out is 13: 00, and quiet times are 22: 00 - 06: 30. The park has a maximum of four campsites, which are available for $10 per night for adults and $5 per day for children under 18.

The maximum length of the pages is 60 feet, possibly due to limited availability, but the site has a catch-up.

Potlatch State Park has two campsites, one on the west and one on the east side of the park. I first visited the campsite as a child when I first went to the national park.

Potlatch has five berths for $10 a night, and the berth fee is year-round - so it's a great place to camp for a few days or weeks.

The park offers a reservation fee for the camp, which is charged at $10 per night and a berth fee of $5 per day for a total of four berths.

Located on the west side of the park, 12 miles south of Potlatch State Park, at the intersection of US Highway 101 and US-1. Travel south on US Highway for two miles and north on the highway for twelve meters until you reach the hotel, then north on US Highway 101 for eight miles.
