About White Oak Lake State Park

The park is rich in wildlife and is close to the White Oak Poisoned River, one of the main sources of water pollution in the area. The park offers a wide range of hiking, biking, camping, fishing and fishing opportunities. Parking facilities include a shop selling goods, baits and gifts, which opened this year, as well as hiking trails and a car park. A visitor centre provides information on the history of the park, the history of fishing and hunting, wildlife, food and water resources and other information.

White Oak Lake State Park is one of the largest state parks in the United States, covering a total of 1.5 million acres.

The transition between forest and ecosystem types is the dominant theme of this scenic path, which is traversed by the transition from forest to another ecosystem type.

The walk is only about 1.5 miles long, but you should complete the whole tour in less than an hour and a half, with a maximum of 2 hours and 30 minutes walking time.

The Coastal Plain Trail winds through some of the most unique areas of southern Arkansas. The trail takes its name from the geographical region in which White Oak Lake State Park is located. In this area you will find unusual flora and sandy hills, including fascinating memebers of woody flora. Blue flames mark the route, and the paths in the coastal plain in the area are marked by blue flames.

The Coastal Plain Trail winds through some of the most unique areas in southern Arkansas, from White Oak Lake State Park to the Arkansas River and the Mississippi River.

This self-guided spring trail is located near the picnic area and gazebo, and the trail runs through the park, which features wonderful examples of Arkansas trees.

Visit White Oak Lake State Park for $30 for adults and $15 for children under 12, with free entry to the picnic area.
