About Bidwell-Sacramento River State Park

One of the main activities I like to do is salmon fishing, steelhead and pond fishing on the shore or in the boat. The next popular activity is downstream hoses, canoes and kayaks, and the next popular activity is downstream hoses, canoes, kayaks, etc.

The different landscapes along the river are characterized by great beauty and constant change. The park preserves natural resources that are disappearing, such as the Sacramento River, the San Joaquin River and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

The massive oak and cotton forests provide the dense shade that cool aquatic life needs to survive, and the diverse wildlife populations are used as shelters. Coastal plant and animal communities are highly interdependent in terms of food, shelter, water and protection from predators, as well as shelter and food.

This park provides a great environment for the river community to observe and learn about this larger environment. The area used for Indian fishing is the beautiful oak forest surrounding the Ochsenbogen Lake. There are many ways to simply enjoy the lush wildlife in the Ox Arch.

It is common to see river otters running in the water, turtles basking in fallen trees, and herons stalking after a meal. Indian fishing, visit the Ochsenbogen Lake and its beautiful oak forest and enjoy this rapidly disappearing habitat.

The area around the park is characterized by lush river habitat that opens to large gravel banks facing the Sacramento River and a number of small lakes and streams.

From here, visitors can swim, fish, kayak, paddle, canoe, hike, bike, swim in the Sacramento River and its tributaries, and hike and cycle along the riverbank.

Many rafts and tubes leave the river here, and those who enter Pine Creek by canoe or kayak can see the last remnants of the shore habitat up close. This provides visitors with a great opportunity to reach the Sacramento River and swim in its tributaries and catch fish for fish. Pine Creek is one of the most popular waterfalls in the state of California and a popular destination for kayaking and fishing.
