About John James Audubon State Park

Once again I was surrounded by countless warblers and thrushes and enjoyed the scene, and once again it seemed almost supernatural. So I read the words of John James Audubon when he recorded his observations of birds in his New Jersey national park. The admiration awakened in me a sense of awe at the beauty and beauty of his observation of birds in the natural environment.

Visitors are still fascinated by the lush nature of the 100 hectare forest, where countless birds sing.

In such a peaceful setting, it is easy to imagine an artist filling his sketchpad with images of wildflowers, butterflies, birds and other birds of prey, as well as the birds themselves.
