About Pacific Beach State Park

Pacific Beach State Park is home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the state of California and offers a variety of activities including hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, camping and much more.

Note: The following general fee information does not apply to every park and not to all parks (the fee for primitive campsites and landfills, for example, applies only to parks that have them). Choosing a premium campsite in the park can add $1 per night or $5 per day for each additional night for the first 2 nights of your stay. An additional night will be added to the fee of the heavily used parks listed below.

The fee for the original campsites and landfill sites: $1 per night or $5 per day for the first 2 nights of your stay for each additional night for your first night.

In summer, you can stay in the park for ten consecutive days and the length of stay is extended to 20 days from 1 October to 31 March. When you camp, this fee is included in your camping fee and additional vehicles must be parked on a designated campsite with an additional pitch. For recreational vehicles that pull a second vehicle, $10 per night is charged for the second vehicle. Check-in is at 13: 00 and quiet hours are from 22: 00 to 06: 30 and parking is limited to one per vehicle.

Most sites are unshaded and are located directly above the water, but the maximum length of a site is 60 feet, possibly due to limited availability. The park has two supply points, one supply point and one supply point, both of which only provide electricity, but are back - in and only accessible by boat.

The landfill provides fresh water for campers and holding tanks, and campfires are allowed on the beach, but charcoal and propane grills are not allowed in the parking lot or on one of the campsite pitches. All campsites can be booked online or by phone at 1-888-743-5555 or via the Park website.

The park has eight unprotected picnic tables, which serve as first - come, come - as - They serve.

During the day, parking is limited and parking is available in the parking lot on the west side of the park at the entrance to the beach. If you are travelling in large groups, please contact the parking staff (360 - 276 - 4297) to find a parking space near you.

Located on the west side of the park, at the entrance to the beach, south of Pacific Beach State Park.

The park is located in the city, on the west side of SR-109, south of Pacific Beach Boulevard, south and west of the park.
